ANN H. AYLWARD

Ms. Aylward received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Iowa in 1967 and her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 1998. She is a licensed California real estate broker, and a member of the State Bar of California.
Prior to joining Strategic Property Advisers, Inc. in 1987, Ms. Aylward was involved in real estate brokerage and in various real estate development activities. Ms. Aylward presently serves as General Counsel for SPA, where she supervises and directs contract documentation, corporate compliance and the substantive aspects of client reporting. Ms. Aylward also coordinates with local counsel the legal aspects of SPA’s acquisition and disposition of direct real estate assets. Ms. Aylward is the Secretary/Treasurer of SPA.
