ANN H. AYLWARD

Ms. Aylward received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Iowa in 1967 and her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 1998. She is a licensed California real estate broker, and a member of the State Bar of California.
Prior to joining Strategic Property Advisers, Inc. in 1987, Ms. Aylward was involved in real estate brokerage and in various real estate development activities. Ms. Aylward presently serves as General Counsel for SPA, where she supervises and directs contract documentation, corporate compliance and the substantive aspects of client reporting. Ms. Aylward also coordinates with local counsel the legal aspects of SPA’s acquisition and disposition of direct real estate assets. Ms. Aylward is the Secretary/Treasurer of SPA.

Mr. Cord has over 22 years experience in commercial real estate asset and property management and construction project oversight in major markets in California, Washington, Oregon and Colorado. Most recently he was Managing Director for CB Richard Ellis in the Sacramento Region, overseeing the management of more than seven million square feet of commercial real estate and 200 brokers and sales professionals in three offices. Previously he served as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of TRI Commercial Real Estate’s East Bay region, directing the management of over three million square feet of commercial real estate in four western states. Mr. Cord has also served as the Vice President and East Bay Sales Manager for Grubb & Ellis, where he managed five offices throughout the East Bay and Central Valley. Mr. Cord’s prior experience includes office and industrial management in the Sacramento market, preceded by experience as a commercial property landscape project designer.
Mr. Cord holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of California, Davis, and has completed professional training courses with Building Owners and Managers International Association (BOMA)
