Ms. Levy joins SPA with a broad business background in commercial real estate, financial management, commercial banking, and accounting. Prior to joining SPA in 2009, Ms. Levy worked for Commerce CRG/Cushman & Wakefield and Grubb & Ellis|Las Vegas in property management. She has significant experience in management reports, budgets, and variance analysis. She received her B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She holds a Nevada real estate license and property management permit.

SCOTT SHERIDAN

Prior to joining SPA in 2009, Mr. Sheridan was Senior Vice President of The Hewson Company, a prominent regional development firm, where he managed the Southern California operation of the company and directed the development of 3 million square feet of industrial, R&D and warehouse development for Hewson. Mr. Sheridan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and an M.B.A from the University of Southern California. He has held a B-1 General Contractor’s License since 1973 (inactive) and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California.
