Mr. Greenwell has extensive experience applying financial and strategic analysis in the context of real estate investment and valuation, businesses operations and endowment management.  Mr. Greenwell is also principal of KMG Advisory LLC, a Hawaii-based consultancy providing analytical and advisory services in support of a broad array of client decision-making and management needs.  Mr. Greenwell’s experience includes extensive work for Kamehameha Schools, an $8 billion private educational trust and Hawaii’s largest landowner, in areas including strategic planning; asset allocation analysis; spending, investment and debt policies; cash management optimization; and the quarterly valuation of its over $2 billion Hawaii commercial real estate portfolio.  Mr. Greenwell’s prior experience includes work for Deloitte & Touche in the San Francisco Financial Advisory Services practice, and for Arthur Andersen in the Los Angeles Strategy, Finance and Economics practice. 

Mr. Greenwell holds a B.A. from the University of Arizona, and an M.B.A. from Wake Forest University.
