SP Advisers

SPA formerly served as an investment manager for institutional clients (including 12 Taft-Hartley and Union related plans) representing an aggregate portfolio of $3.7 billion of assets. SPA offered a full range of investment management services as a Qualified Professional Asset Manager.

As a QPAM, SPA received client allocations for real estate equity, fixed income, mortgage-backed fixed income investments, infrastructure funds, and index funds.

In January 2016, SPA resigned as an investment manager for these clients and withdrew its registration as a Registered Investment Adviser with the SEC which it held from 1987. SPA currently serves its clients as an investment consultant.
